Beginning January 2026, the School of Christian Herbalism is launching its advanced Christian Herbalism course, a rigorous, Christ-centered program designed to train the next generation of Christian clinical herbalists, teachers, and researchers.
This course is not for beginners. It is created for serious students who want to become skilled, knowledgeable, and spiritually grounded herbal practitioners.
In this advanced program, you will learn:
- Plant pharmacology & chemistry — how constituents interact with the body
- Research literacy — how to evaluate medical studies from a Christian perspective
- Advanced physiology — endocrine, lymphatic, reproductive, microbiome, vagus nerve
- Chronic illness care — stress, toxins, sleep, nutrition, inflammation
- Clinical skills — intake, assessment, case studies, herb-drug interactions
- Advanced energetics — deepening Western tissue states with responsible cross-system comparison
- Christian formation in healing — theology of health, patristic perspectives, prayer
- Basic business training for ethical professional practice
And at the heart of the course is the Capstone Thesis, where you will research, write, present, and defend a project in one of three tracks:
